Valsa Home is a European independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal. We now ship from distribution centers in Portugal and the US, making delivery faster and easier for our customers, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free process with no customs fees.
We currently ship to Europe, the UK, and the US using trusted partners: DHL for Europe, DPD for the UK, and USPS for the US. Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of purchase.
As a small team, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow for occasional delays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

If goods are faulty, customers have 30 days to return them for a replacement or full refund.
Our recommendation for customers is to thoroughly inspect all items they receive within a period of 7 days. This includes checking both the quantity and quality of the product.
It is important to keep in mind that if the product is found to be defective as a result of misuse, alteration by you or others, or use in a way that is not intended, the warranty will be voided.
If the product cannot be fixed, we will offer a replacement item. If replacement is not possible (e.g. if the product is no longer available), we will issue a refund.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Customers have the right to cancel and return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no need to provide a reason. We will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
